In Struct Club, there are two ways to display intensity levels: Effort and Percent. The default setting is to display workout intensity by effort. However, by changing this setting, all new workouts will include percentage-based intensities. There is also a way to change a workout's individual setting. This allows you to change that class's intensity display without affecting any other class.



Option A: Change the Default Setting


From Explore or Library:


Select the Settings gear.


Select "Percent" under "Default Intensity Display." 


Option B: Change the Individual Class Setting

From Library:


Select the desired class.


Press the options button.


Select "Percent."


This will apply to that individual class's intensity display without affecting any other class in your Library.
