Having this issue? First, no sweat! There are a few simple things you can do on your own to quickly troubleshoot.


Confirm that you are currently subscribed to Struct Club

1. Go to Settings on your device

2. Click on your profile at the very top

3. Click on Subscriptions (you can alternatively look up 'Subscriptions' in the search bar)

4. Confirm that your Struct Club subscription is, in fact, active




Force Close out of Struct Club and your music player

1. Force close out of both Struct Club and your music player (check out Apple's instructions on how to force close out of apps)

2. Turn WiFi off, then back on

3. Open your music player

4. Open Struct Club

5. Login



Log-out and log back into Struct Club

1. Click Settings

2. Click Logout

3. Log back into your account



If none of the above resolve the issue, restart your device and try the above again!
