App not acting as expected today? Sometimes your app - or phone - just needs a refresh/restart. Follow these three steps to get your app running back to normal.
First, confirm that you have an active Struct Club subscription
1. Go to the Settings app on your device
2. Click on your profile at the very top
3. Click on Subscriptions (you can also look up 'Subscriptions' in the search bar)
4. Click on Struct Club in the list
5. Confirm that your Struct Club subscription is active
Next, Force Close out of Struct Club and your music player
1. Force close out of both Struct Club and your music player (check out Apple's instructions on how to force close out of apps)
2. Turn WiFi off, wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on
3. Open your music player
4. Open Struct Club
5. Login
Then, Log-out and log back into Struct Club
1. Click Settings (the gear icon) in the Struct Club app
2. Click Logout
3. Log back into your account
Still unable to get your app running back to normal? Please try the following:
1. Delete the Struct Club app entirely from your device (your classes will still be saved!) and then reinstall. Log back in with your account credentials.
2. Email support@structclub.com if the problem persists. Include the email associated with your account, any screenshots/screen recordings to help identify the problem, and information about the problem you're facing.
