App not acting as expected today? Don’t worry—sometimes all it takes is a quick refresh or restart. Follow these three steps to get your app running back to normal.


First, confirm that you have an active Struct Club subscription

1. Open the Settings app on your device

2. Tap your profile at the very top

3. Select Subscriptions (you can also search “Subscriptions” in the search bar).

4. Find Struct Club in the list

5. Confirm that your Struct Club subscription is active


Next, force close your apps and refresh your connection

1. Force close out of both Struct Club and your music player (check out Apple's instructions on how to force close out of apps)

2. Turn WiFi off, wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on.

3. Open your music player

4. Open Struct Club again


Thenlog-out and log back in to Struct Club

1. In the Struct Club app, tap Settings (the gear icon).

2. Select Logout

3. Log back in to your account



Still unable to get your app running back to normal? Try the following . . .

1. Delete and reinstall both the Struct Club app (your classes will still be saved) and, if you use it, your music player app (e.g., Spotify). After reinstalling, log back in with your account credentials.

2. If the problem persists, email support@structclub.com. Please include: 

  • The email address associated with your account

  • Your device model

  • Your iOS Version

  • The Struct Club version (and Spotify version, if applicable). To find the app version, search for the app in the App Store and look under ‘Version History’.

  • Screenshots/screen recordings showing the issue. 

  • A detailed description of the problem you’re experiencing.
